You may submit a claim if you are an individual who purchased a JUUL Product in the United States before December 7, 2022, from a retail store, an online store or the JUUL website. Claims must be submitted online or postmarked by July 14, 2023. Claim Forms received after the deadline will be deemed untimely and may not be accepted.

If you submit a valid claim, your payment will be based on the total amount you spent on JUUL purchases.

Please Note: Each claim will be based on how much each claimant spent on JUUL products compared to other Settlement Class members. How much each claimant will receive is unknown at this time because it depends on how many claims are submitted. More information about how payments will be calculated is available in the Plan of Allocation.

For more information about the Settlement benefits available, please review the Frequently Asked Questions, and the Settlement Agreement before completing your claim.

Documentation:

If you make a claim for more than $300 in combined purchases at retail stores or online retailers, then you will be required to provide documentation to support your claim. (For purchases you made on the JUUL website, additional documentation is not necessary.) Documents should be clear, readable copies, as anything you submit will not be returned to you. Acceptable documentation includes receipts, voided checks, bank statements, or other documents showing the amount of dates, amounts, and places of your purchases.

If you do not provide documentation now, you will be given instructions by email as to how to upload your documentation at a later time. Without documentation your claim will be limited to $300. Documents that are uploaded must be less than 20 MB per file and in one of these formats: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, tif, tiff, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, pdf, txt, rtf, or zip. If you are unable to electronically upload a copy of your documents as part of the online Claim Form, you will need to mail a printed Claim Form along with your documentation to the Settlement Administrator.

How to File Online:

If you received a Notice via mail or email, please use the Unique ID and PIN printed on the Notice. Doing so will populate your Claim with recorded purchases you made through the JUUL website. If you did not receive a Notice or have lost yours, please contact the Settlement Administrator at 1-855-604-1734  (Toll-Free) for assistance, or you can file a claim online without a Unique ID and PIN.

As part of filing out your Claim Form, if you are claiming purchases from a retail store or online retailer (other than the JUUL website), you will be required to estimate the amount of your purchases.

After submitting your completed claim online, you will receive an email with a confirmation code for your completed submission. Be sure to keep your confirmation email and code and refer back to them if you have any questions about your Claim Form.
